We are looking for working students to join our Amazon Web Services (AWS) Enterprise Sales team (Manufacturing & Automotive) in Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf or Berlin. We are a fast-growing team that helps large Manufacturing & Automotive enterprises shift gears and embrace state-of-the-art technology, such as the AWS Cloud. We work with those enterprises at all levels, from their IT, Shopfloors, Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing all the way up to the top management. Our mission is to help them leveraging AWS technology to digitally transform their business and meet their business goals.

As a working student in our team, you will get to know the AWS Platform and our value proposition. You will also help our Account Managers prepare customer meetings and industry events like Executive Roundtables, workshops and pitch decks. You will be involved in project work and operational day-to-day tasks and be a full-fledged member of our team.

This is a part-time (20 hours/week) contract over a duration of 12 months starting from September 2022.

Key job responsibilities
Among others, you will be responsible for:
Supporting our account managers in the field with pitch-decks, customer meetings, research and reportingSupporting Sales Leader with Technology Partner and Software Vendor projects (e.g. meetings and workshop prep and postprocessing)Assisting in managing Sales-led Marketing tasks in alignment with the Enterprise Marketing Team (e.g. conceptualization and implementation of 3rd party events and industry executive roundtables).Supporting Sales Lead and other functions with drafting and formalizing industry specific sales plays and strategiesOwning a project you scope, represent and kick-off with the teams.

Enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied science in Germany for the complete duration of the employment as a working studentStrong verbal and written communications skills in German and EnglishExperience with Powerpoint and ExcelTechnology SavvinessPrevious internships or equivalent, ideally at consultancies or tech companiesStudies in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related studies


Previous experiences with Manufacturing / Automotive companiesAwareness of current industry trends and their meaning to customersDemonstrated entrepreneurial spirit in extracurricular activities (e.g., contributing to open source projects or organizing student body activities).Passion for working with people and technologySelf-starter with hands-on mentality as well as independent and accurate work competencies
