We are looking for working students to join our AWS People & Culture team in Munich or Berlin. We are passionate about making AWS the best place to work and we are looking for a person who will help us drive projects and initiatives in this space.

We offer a 20 hours/week part time job over a duration of 12 months starting from July 2022.

As working student in our team, you will get to know the AWS working environment and our teams, assist in planning and driving our People & Culture approach together with senior stakeholders and sponsors, and help execute across the different work streams and initiatives. You will be involved in project work and operational day-to-day tasks and be a full-fledged member of our team, driving cadence and rhythm of People & Culture initiatives.

Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and GermanEnrolled as a student at a university or university of applied science in Germany for the complete duration of the employment as working studentStudies in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related studiesExperience with PowerPoint and Excel


Passion for working with people and technologySelf-starter with hands-on mentality as well as independent and accurate work competencies.Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit in extracurricular activities, for example, by contributing to open source projects or organizing student body activities
